Our client is currently looking to fill multiple positions for Structural & Architectural Drafters located inLake Mary, FL to start ASAP!

These are both full-time Perm with salaries based on exp. Below are the requirements for the drafting positions.

Architectural Drafter

• Open to candidates with min. 2 years of experience

• Residential background or primary focus is a must (commercial type drafters do not work for this position)

• Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture (2013 or higher)

• Vision Riz, BIM/BOM, Photoshop, Lumion experience is a plus

• Knowledge of Florida Building Code (Residential), is a plus

• Able to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at a given time

• Stout Microsoft Office use is a requirement (outlook, word, excel, etc.)

• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills

• Team player, responsible, motivated and willing to learn

Structural Drafter
