Oracle Learning and Development Program Manager - Moat in Orlando, Florida
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Executes the strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle Partners and executing the Partner Engagement plan. Establish and maintain partner preference for Oracle solutions. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. May frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.

Moat s Account Management organization is looking for an Operations Manager to guide our learning and development programs including new employee onboarding as well as build internal processes and drive innovation in how we service our clients worldwide.
People Support & Development:
Define and implement company-wide, cross-functional program strategy for people development and build the training and development program for the Account Management organization, including the hiring and management of Account Management Operations team.
Manage the new hire onboarding process through leading monthly new hire training, ensuring the new employee experience aligns with Moat s culture and conduct needs assessments in various departments to determine training needs.
Act as a people development resource for the Account Management team providing insight into development opportunities within the organization and constantly developing and re-calibrating what drives success at Moat.
Measure, monitor, and collect feedback around the effectiveness of program(s) to ensure investments are delivering value to Moat, utilizing industry data, trends and benchmarks to facilitate continuous improvement and effectiveness
Account Management Operations
Manage mission critical projects for the Account Management organization focusing on the development of processes and solutions which drive client service at-scale, transparency for employees and leadership on performance against goals and information sharing and ongoing learning initiatives (including ownership of online learning systems).
Lead internal knowledge sharing sessions and coordinate with department leadership across Account Management, Sales, Integrations, Product and Engineering, to define, develop the business case for and prioritize projects.
Develop and implement a dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and highlight areas for improvement
BS or BA Degree from a highly competitive school.
Positive, clear, and professional written and phone communication.
Experience in working with external clients and partners managing creative development through partnership with internal and external teams.
Working knowledge in the ad tech and digital advertising ecosystem.
Self-starter with proven ability working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally, building strong relationships within and across teams globally.
Excellent project management experience, with ability to lead multiple time-sensitive initiatives in parallel.
