Kforce Campus Support Administrator in Winter Park, Florida

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Campus Support Administrator in Winter Park, Florida (FL).The Support Admin will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with inbound calls, handling around 80 - 120 per day individually

  • Acting as front desk staff within reception area to assist students, family members, VIPs, etc.

  • Support other department with outbound calls and follow up

  • Assist marketing and data projects as needed

  • Once a month assisting with Open House

  • 1 year of customer service experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Call Center experience is preferred

  • Looking to grow within company
